If you have been issued a paper prescription, please send the original prescription to SmartRx or ask your prescriber to post it directly to our pharmacy. Unfortunately, photocopies, scanned copies, and photographs of prescriptions cannot be accepted.
To ensure timely processing, prescriptions should be submitted within the validity period specified by your prescriber. If a prescription has expired, you may need to obtain a new prescription before medication can be dispensed.
